Preorders
Products marked as Preorder are not currently available for immediate dispatch.
Payment for preorder items is taken in full at the time the order is placed.

Cancellation requests will be considered in accordance with the status of the order and your applicable consumer rights.
If your preorder has already been dispatched, our normal Return & Refund Policy will apply.
If there is a significant delay or we are unable to fulfil your preorder, we will contact you using the details provided with your order and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
